Woodside Avenue Apartments
I have currently been living at 133 Woodside complex for just over 6 years. Tony (our super) has always treated my wife and I fairly. He makes sure to be extremely approachable if you have any questions or concerns. The building itself has undergone extensive renovation within the last 2 years of my staying here. It has been kept well maintained and clean. I have never had a problem with getting repairs done.

Woodside Avenue Apartments
Just moved in a little while ago. Place has been great, being right next to Westgate is pretty good if you don't have a vehicle. More then enough space for 1 person. Tony has been great to deal with very friendly and professional. Answers all questions quickly and really just wants you to be happy in your new place.

Although I have only lived here for a short time, I am pleased to share my experience ....Everything that was promised to me by Linda the super ( new floors, carpeting , bath tub, screen for door, cupboards and light fixtures) were in place when I moved in....I was away for a 5 week vacation and when I returned I felt I had returned to My Centurion HOME""

First apartment I've moved into, very spacious for the 1 room apartments. Very clean. Friendly and helpful management. Received approval promptly after I applied. Very satisfied.

I feel at home" again! It's great to be in Cambridge again. The move was smooth and the Super is "super". lol. The apartment is clean and fresh. The grounds are well kept too. This is my "long time" home! Thanks!"

Woodside Avenue Apartments
I just recently moved in, the lease signing was easy and the stand in landlord for my building (Tony) answered any questions I had, he was friendly and accommodating. My apartment was clean when I moved in, I was given a brand new fridge. So far I love the place.

Woodside Avenue Apartments
I posted a negative review 3 years ago and since then Centurion has made lots of changes I believe. We live in 137 now instead of 142 and the problems I encountered 3 years ago are almost all gone. The paint is staying on the walls! Bell Canada is even putting Fiber to each apartment. Centurion continues to make improvements every year and the windows in 142 are all new!

Bright + Clean + Safe + Welcoming:We have had a solid experience since moving in with our cat last summer. A big part of that is having a friendly and hard working superintendent on site and readily available- always. Also, great assets to have a park next door, rural 10 minute drive to 401 and historic Galt just a short walk away.Very Good Neighbours + Very Happy + Very Thankful.#MyCenturionHome

We just moved into 133 Woodside Avenue Apartments, but the whole process was easy. The property manager was friendly and answered any questions we had even when I felt like we were bothering him. The apartment is everything we expected and was clean when we moved in. The building is clean and quiet. The tenants we have met are friendly.

Woodside Avenue Apartments
We have lived in the Woodside apartments for 1.5 years now. Neighbors are great, the building is always very quiet. We have found the management to be very good and things to be kept clean. Our superintendent is very approachable and great to work with. Really seems to have a mentality of working to make it an enjoyable place to live for everyone and encourages everyone to do their part in that.
