This bank has been no help to us over the holidays when my bank card was stolen and almost 2000 dollars was stolen from our account. They told us we would receive a full refund for fraudulent purchases. After waiting almost 3 weeks I decided to call. Told me I'm not eligible because I allowed myself to get robbed??? Should of just told me from the start they never planned to help. Don't expect them to help much if your account is compromised.

tried to call with a simple question. impossible to speak to anyone after listening to long winded messages and insistence that i talk to their computer. there was no option to be able to speak to a person without first talking to the robot. ridiculous.

Atm IA still there, they no longer have tellers and no way to get a lost card, alp they do is open new accounts, won't even open a new account that cab connect with a card. So pointless and now I am left stranded with no money because I used my last couple dollars in cash to come get a new card. Waste of time, waste of space. Don't bother going to this location. They are litterally now only serving those who are investing, considering changing banks. Every location should have at least 1 tellers in case of emergencies.

This branch is to sell products (mortgages, loans, new card ect) it doesn’t seem to offer any services such as card issues, exchanging money or any day-to-day services one might need. As others have noted, the tellers are gone, there’s two atms and several advisors.

Customer service is trash. Lady name Ida claims they this branch dont' deal with fraud issues. she sent me to call 1800- if i can give this location zero stars i would, i wasted 1 hr with her just for her to send me to call agent. please avoid this lady, has no patience to help, she needs to do her job that shes paid to do. i went to a different branch and was able to help me. she needs to stop excusing herself and help customers. do not go there for lost cards, fraud issues. theyd sent you to call the agent that you can do at home/ different branch.very lazy people they will send you to call 1800- since now they are digital lol

This branch was horrible. My wife went to make some transactions and the branch manager looked over the shoulder of the teller at my wife's banking details, and then proceeded to try to set up an appointment with her according to the amount of money she was handling. He was pushy and was impolite with no regard for privacy or discretion. This branch manager should be fired. I doubt rbc trains their managers to be like this, so he's likely acting against the interest of the corporation. We won't make this location our home branch. We'll try the downtown location instead.

The Branch Manager Heather went above and beyond to help us get a Business deposit in when they were having systems failures. I appreciate the 'Above and Beyond' Customer Service she showed us. It is a testament to her care and attention to each client's needs and her willingness to cater to those needs regardless of situations beyond her control.
