Solid Ground Landscaping & Property Management

I signed a lawn maintenance agreement for the season and prepaid for half the season. The company did not come per schedule on several occasions though when they did show up the service was good. At the end of June, Solid Ground had to cancel their maintenance services (they sent an email in early June that they had trouble hiring staff). Though it was a small amount, the company did not refund for services which weren't provided and did not reply when I reached out (more than once).I will be going with an alternate provider in the future. Would not recommend.Edit (3 months later): I was able to get in contact with the owner and the refund that was promised was never received. Make sure to be cautious if dealing with this company.
