The Gold Room Jewellers

The employees at the Gold room are sweet kind friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to a couple other jewelry places in the past and the Gold room by far is the best and at this point in time I will probably not return to the other ones and just stick to the cold room because I get the most consistency and best quality.

I recently brought my diamond tennis bracelet in for a clasp repair as well as having a bracelet made from the chain I brought in to have shortened. Their jeweller did an impeccable job and both ladies that assisted were very helpful!I couldn't be happier!Thank you

Recently met with Char and had her help me recreate a ring from an old ring. She got the concept right away and the end result totally exceeded my expectations. To say I love my new ring would be an understatement. The ring was finished in less time than promised and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you, Thank you!!!!

If there were more stars, I’d hit the highest star. I made an appointment with Charlene at the Gold Room to redesign a ring that belonged to my late mother. The finished product blew me away. Not only am I happy with my new ring, the time frame that I received it in, was also amazing!This isn’t the first time I’ve gone to the Gold Room. I’ve always had great experiences with all of the staff there, over the last 5 years.The Gold Room is always the first Jewelry store I recommend to everyone I know!

Unfortunately I received poor in-store customer service. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because at least there wasn’t an altercation or issue with the jewelry itself.Maybe it’s a dice roll with which staff member you get. The older lady I talked to did show me a few things in the store, but overall she seemed very disinterested and aloof. I was expecting more attentive, informative service from a place that has such great reviews. I’m sure their jewelry quality is great—I just can’t say the same for their customer service.

Very disappointed after I brought my son's couple watches and some jewelry for repair, Gucci And Vintage Tag watch plus the gold and diamond medusa pendant. The in question item was vintage Tag watch that I brought in for cleaning, and I asked for estimate first, after a week I have received phone call with the quote, and we preceded with all repairs, week later the watches were repaired, my son wanted to appraise the vintage Tag, and I left the watch again at the store to being appraised, after a week I called the store to be told that they don't feel comfortable to appraise it before authentication first, so I agreed to that as well, another week later I called to see if the watch and appraisal were ready, this when they disclosed to me that those movements in the original watch were rusty, Tag does not make those parts anymore, so they put different movement into the watch with out consulting me or my approval, still charged me just as it was estimated for cleaning $280 ,I came to the store to pick up the watch, and told straight up, that my son will be ticked of, as I'm. To hide this big news to us, it was unprofessional, and deceiving. Plus have to ask for the original movement back, after being told by Lee that those were worthless. I got my movements back, and today decided to finally to speak to store manager Doug, who clamed they didn't do anything wrong, no offered apology, no reduction on the repair price. I have dropped around $700 dollars in that store in one single day. I have years of experience working in a Jewelry business, and those movements that were installed cost pennies compared for what I was charged, and I have a worthless Tag shell of a watch, they ruined by putting non original movements and made worthless. If the watch maker wasn't able to repair it, should of said so, and I would find someone who can, I'm very upset about it, would never put my foot in that store again.

My experience working with Char was amazing. I came in with a very vague, bare bones idea of what I wanted her to design for me. She listened, asked questions and drew me this amazing, unique design using the gems and gold I brought her. I LOVE my new ring and especially enjoyed working with Char and the Gold Room.

I purchased my fiancés and my wedding band from the gold room and couldn’t be happier with how great the service I received from them. Thank you Barb & the rest of the gold room team for your help! They were able to re size both our rings and have them both appraised and ready for pick up in a very short time. Highly recommend this Buisness.

I went to gather Gold Room and found the perfect ring for my wife’s birthday! The staff were amazing in helping me find the perfect ring! They really go the extra distance in making sure I was happy. I can’t thank you enough!!!! My wife loved it!!
