On Saturday 14 Jan 2023, I took my rings to this location to sell them.The expert at this location didn't know blue diamonds exist. He didn't want to pay me for them saying they are ordinary stones since colourful diamonds are pink and black. I took my rings and walk.

This review I wanted to post, because if you are a woman and/or a visible minority, you should have someone with you when you visit this type of establishment. This is my experience with the Woodbridge location. In July 2022, I went in with my jewellry set with a good friend ( who is caucasian) and was told my jewellry was 21k gold. They offered me 1100 at the time for the matching gold set of my ring, necklace pendant and earrings. I felt I wanted to think about it... Went back in the fall alone and the price dropped to 1000 as (a different guy )stated that price of gold had dropped alot. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I stated that I would come back when price of gold rose in Canada. He said if it dropped it would be less. I said it could also rise" then left. Went in today

Highly recommend taking things you want to sell elsewhere.. super low ballers and not genuine customer service. Glad I will not deal with this company again.
