Sam worked patiently with us to find us the perfect patio door that met our needs and budget. Installers were professional and paid attention to detail. Definitely a good experience.

We had 2 entry doors installed, both look and function great, it's really improved the curb appeal of our home. The doors took 11 weeks to arrive after ordering, just as we were told. Installers were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend again.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Nepean Windows and Doors. They installed large glass units in two bay windows at my home. The installers were courteous and efficient. Sam was helpful and responsive, and he offered a good price for the work.

We are so happy, about the quality of door; and the workmanship of its installation. We had bought an older home, which had a new door installed. This door never worked correctly, and that was likely a contributing reason to both the steel door & its framing & jam broke. We called Sam, and was immediately impressed by his professionalism & knowledge. A custom door was ordered due to the age of the house, and delivered in good time. We found the installer a very pleasant, knowledgeable person - who took the time to install the door meticulously, professionally, caring about a perfect job. He even ensured the door, jam & framing lined perfectly finished with the walls. We’ve never had a door operate so smoothly, & quietly before.

I have used Nepean Doors and Windows over the past two years for multiple doors and a window. It has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had doing renovations. Sam was a pleasure to deal with right off the bat. He provided a speedy and accurate estimate with multiple options to suit our needs. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the install was top notch. Andrei the installer showed impeccable attention to detail while installing our two basement windows and did not leave until the job was finished properly and looking great.The two basement windows we had replaced were original to the home (1983) and encased in the concrete foundation. Also one window was under a deck which is tricky to access. Despite these constraints, Nepean windows and doors was able to pull through with a successful install.5/5 rating from me
