I was an ugly lad and stood just short of 4 feet tall. After being served a box of Pad Thai by chef Luke, I'm now standing at 6 feet 7, and people say my face resembles Won Bin. Oh, and my worm turned into a 10 inch anaconda, which is kinda bothersome because chicks can't stop looking at them... 100% recommended. A+++ to chef Luke and the owner!

I can say without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that this was the worst Pad Thai I have had in my life. A big gloppy mess drowned in A brownish salty sauce. Absolutely disgusting. The pictures by the owner bear no resemblance to reality: you get it dropped into a cardboard box. I asked for it to be spicy but it was just salty.

I order a thai fried rice and it turns out to look like oily and mushy. And the cooks and server are freaking lazy they dont care what they are cooking, always on a cellphone.

So salty, this is the third time I'm disappointed with this Thai express in Outlet mall.After my daughter ate she got tummy ache then I tried a bit and me too got tummy ache. Very disappointing while it's her birthday and this dish is her favorite Chicken Padsew. Not a good experience, we will moat probably will never eat here again. No consistency with other Thai express.

This is the first time I tried Thai food here. I ordered Pad Thai Chicken and General Thai Mango dish and they are wonderful. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cool. I highly recommend Thai express in Outlet Mall. I will come back again. :)

I recently dined at Thai Express at Outlet mall and ordered their General chicken fried rice, expecting a delicious and satisfying meal. However, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. The chicken fried rice I received was horribly overcooked, leaving me with a tasteless and unpleasant dish.

I was an unsuccessful businessman and a failed husband. After eating basil fried rice made by chef Luke, I gained over 200 IQ and an infinite number of business ideas. I now own 3 convenience stores, 6 gas stations, 2 McDonald's and a Tim Hortons. My wife came back to me. My family has never been happier, and we are expecting our first child. I shall name him Luke to honour the man that saved my life. May the force be with you chef Luke!

Terrible customer service. Every time I walk by this place there is no one at the front. Stood there and had to call someone over after a few minutes while I watched staff in the back. Seemed annoyed that they had to make my food. And then did it within a minute and the noodles were still hard. Also they handed me a plastic container to go that was piping hot and had to ask for a bag so my hands didn’t burn. Awful experience.
