She along with Sabine went above and beyond, answering all our questions and meeting with us at our convenience. Many texts were smoothly and promptly exchanged. We were treated with respect and dignity in the time when we needed it the most. Philippe and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and Dad's wishes at an extremely stressfull time. This made the whole process extremely welcome for us and ultimately provided our father with the service he desired and one that we all felt comfortable with. Thanks so much!

This unfortunately is the 2nd time within a year I have had to deal with this funeral home and I cannot say enough on how wonderful we were treated. They are all very compassionate and caring and even following up to see how we are doing. It was very much appreciated in this time of our losses. Where do I start, these guys at John Sullivan are absolutely amazing and after reading my review I hope you choose them in your time of need. My wife and I were in charge of arranging Dads funeral and we had approached other places but they wanted to book an appointment or we had to come back another day and being we were from out of town those options didnt work within our tight schedule. Then we walked into John Sullivans and met Rob he took the time right then and there to sit down with us and explain everything in detail in regards to what we were looking for and he made sure that we would be seen later that day by Sabine, even if it meant moving appointments around to fit us in. We met with Sabine who by the way is amazing always showing such compassion for those she is dealing with, everytime we spoke with her she was great. Rob always answered every question we had promptly responding to emails, texts, calls without hesitation even into the late evenings. We lost Mom suddenly only 41 days after Dad and once again Rob and his staff were right there with us the whole way guiding us through the entire process. After Dad and Mom's passing his staff came to get them and did so with such grace, dignity and compassion. The day of my parents service we had Phillip and Kenny there doing the readings and they were great, amazing really, I truly believe that's exactly what Dad and Mom would've wanted. It was beautifully done. I can't forget about Carolyn who would meet us when we would come into the parlor and helped look after a few other items for us she too was just great. Losing both parents so quickly is tough but Thanks to Rob and his staff at John Sullivans they helped us every step of the way doing way more at times than I expected and I'm not sure if you'll find a nicer bunch of people who truly care about you and what your going through than them. Thanks for the compassion, professionalism, attention to detail and even the laughs from The Lapierre family, Rob and Staff we truly appreciate what you did for our parents.

Philippe Robert was excellent in helping me organize my moms celebration of life. Excellent service and compassion shown by all that I interacted with. Planning a funeral for a loved one is very difficult as it is right at the moment when your emotions are high.He never pushed anything on me and made this process as painless as possible.Sabine I met with later to go over final papers that needed sorted and she as well was very knowledgeable and treated me with he outmost compassion.I would highly recommend anyone to feel good about Choosing m Sullivan to do the arrangements for your loved ones.Again thank you Philippe you went above and beyond and it was noticed by all of my family.Melissa Copas

Hi everyone. I never write publicly, but, I feel strongly letting everyone know about the experience that I went through recently. My husband passed away on the 26th of April of this year. I thought that the 3 back surgeries were the worse pain, which it was,but this was worse!!! I lost the love of my life; my best friend, husband & father of my son. But he was in so much pain. I prayed that God savehim, and he prayed that God come and get him!!Of course, God came and got him. He's nolonger in pain. Anyways, the reason thatI'm writing to everyone is I want as manypeople to know how amazing & fantasticthe people at John L. Sullivan at 341 PittStreet funeral home are. I cannot say enoughabout them. They actually kept an eye on meall the time that I was there!! Also they arrangeda beautiful area with all the things that myhusband was. It's like they knew him. He was a lifetime bowler and he loved hockey. His life was on display. I was amazed how great they were!! I cannot say enough. If you need a funeral home, that's the place to go.
