TADA Cleaning Services

Really upsetting. Got my carpet cleaned today from TADA. Carpet didn't dry property. It's been almost 9 hours now and carpet is still wet. Had no other choice except to book air bnb with a small kid. Tough day. I was ready to pay for turbo dry but they were very careless.. TADA would never be my choice again. Will not recommend to anyone going forward.

Brent came to our house for carpet cleaning and stretching he is so professional and he is so helpful . His prices are very reasonable and affordable. No hesitation for recommending to everybody. I needed my carpet and upholstery cleaned with two bedroom painted in a short deadline for my wedding. By all odds tada! has made both me and my fiancé saying tada!. The quality and professionalism was amazing , the value was worth the investment. 10/10 Thanks Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

We were very happy with the cleaning / deodorizing / demolition services provided by TADA for our new home. It was a challenging deep clean as the previous owner had several pets and the odour was overwhelming. The team worked very hard (on a hot summer day, no less) to get the job done, and the place was spotless afterward! They offered great customer service, were punctual, and performed the work on budget.

Brent was really nice. I would give them a 5 star as they did do a really nice job. I am just upset because I was overcharged. On the phone I was given a quote of 90$ for 3 bedrooms. Their card advertises 79.99$ for three bedrooms. I wanted my stairs along with a small area in front of the bedrooms and I was charged 160$ that to after negotiation. Even if I was charged 120$, I would not have been this upset.

These guys are great. They do an amazing job, they’re really good guys and very trustworthy.

PLEASE NOTE: This review has been edited as a result of 5 harassing/intimidating phone calls from Brent (owner) calling me from an unknown number in the mornings and weekendsPros:They didn't use products that left a smell in the house, which was important to me. They cleaned our windows well (although they didn't put the screens back on--maybe that wasn't included in scope), they cleaned our fridge, they cleaned our cupboards. They feel they did a good job even though we disagree.Cons:We had them come do a deep clean" before staging our house. They claim they spent 2 days cleaning but we had to spend a full day cleaning after they were done. They left toilet paper in the toilets and didn't clean them at all
