Stoneridge Tower Apartments - United Gulf Developments

Renters beware! The property management company is constantly trying to get more money out of you (e.g., they charge you a $150 dollars for a second parking spot, when street parking is free, charge to use the elevator for moving out). They also entered our unit without authorization and things went missing from our unit.I suggest you do some background research on this company before you sign any documents. All you need to do is Google GNF Investments and read about this company to get a sense of who you are dealing with. The company seems to change its name frequently.If you decide to live here, my recommendation is to take pictures and document everything.

Since We have moved to this building, every one,especially Steve and Shannon, have been nothing but accommodating to us. Also, they try to have an open community within the building and get tenants together and get along. We love it here!

Me and my wife really enjoyed living in this apartment. It has beautiful design, quite neighborhood and magnificent view. I should especially thank Sven who helped us a lot during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This building is very nice. The view is amazing, and i mean amazing. It looks out to Long Lake. It is awesome and it will always be a park! no one can develop there and ruin the viewOther then that. The building has great management. this building has very professional and helping/caring superintendents.The building also has great amenities. This builiding has its own gym! and not just a small one, i mean a full out gym. Impact fitness has over a massive amount of machines for cardio, machines, barbells etc.the building right now is also home to fademasters! an awesome barbershop well known in halifax.also has large lounge anyone can book! with a bargreat building, great people

The people who own this apartment building / run the whole thing are absolute crooks. They are after money and they will run you dry at any cost. Every person I met that lived in this building agreed and all ran as fast as we could. By the time our lease was done they continued to give us trouble. STAY . AWAY .

I stayed there with my family for two weeks and it was an amazing apartment with great amenities and breathtaking view from the 12th Floor. The lady who manages short term rentals Ms. Nousha is extremely sweet and helpful.

Stoneridge Tower is the best apartment building I have lived in. The view from 12th floor is breathtaking. Would recommend this building to anybody. The Gym is 10/10. Close to Tims and nit far from downtown.

Horrible people. Never consider renting from GNF or United Gulf. Wish I could leave less stars

First you need to knowledge that, despite being twin towers and sharing the outer parking lot, the two buildings are managed by two different companies. That said, if I was reviewing the building I'm leaving in, I would give them 4 stars. However, because I depend on the other administration (Stoneridge-Gulf) to use the parking lot and gym, I'm given one star only, and it could be worse. The superintendent doesn't care about anything related to what you're paying for. Just collecting our money and that is it!

Dont believe the nasty, negative and, I would wager, vindictive comments about the Superintendent!! She and her husband have been nothing but kind, helpful and efficient. From the moment we moved in, we felt welcomed and always greeted with a smile. If we have an issue or need anything tended to, they are here to address the call. They have the patience of Saints in my opinion!Instead of whining and making false claims, I would suggest those with sour complaints have “an agenda”, so disregard... or take it from whence it comes.
