Highly unprofessional, overpriced and generally a really nasty person to deal with - this would be the owner of the company I am referring to. Screaming and shouting, swearing and using bodily harm are not what you expect when you deal with a local company such as this. It is clear that the owner is not of sane mind and I would avoid any face to face communication or dealings with them. So sad about this episode - but I feel people need to know so that the situation I was presented with this morning does not happen again. In this case give your money to a Canadian company instead of this Eastern European company.

Under the new management, I called Mark for a home visit for a problem with my garage door. He answered the call immediately, and actually gave me advice over the phone on how to solve the problem. I was so pleasantly surprised. Coincidentally, we are also using this company for a major commercial garage door and are very pleased with the quality of the door and good service.

Mark was super helpful over the phone the other day. Someone broke into my car a day prior and they stole my garage door clicker. Mark was able to guide me through steps over the phone on how to recode my garage box and program a new fob.

Great customer service! I called this morning to inquire about a broken garage opener controller; Mark took the time to explain to me how to troubleshoot, which brand of replacement controller to go buy, and how to program it. All for free, so that he would made sure I tried all options before having to pay for someone to come look at an issue that could be easily fixed. Really grateful for his help :) I'll be referring neighbors here for sure. Thanks again!

Bought two brand new garage doors and openers from him . Good prices and most importantly replaced a few panels of a garage door when it showed up with a slight paint defect (manufacturers fault). It was a minor color match issue but they made it right without any hassle or extra charge.

Called Mark because my garage door opener wasn't working. He walked me through to diagnose the issue over the phone. In just a couple of minutes, he had isolated the problem and suggested a fix for me. All is good now.Thanks Mark !!!!
