All Canada Moving

Very happy.The two men that moved me were quick and courteous. They left no mess and checked with me regarding placement etc. I'm a very happy customer and have no reservation about recommending them.

We have used All Canada Moving twice for moving in the Vancouver and Nanaimo areas. Used them the second time because of the professionalism and efficiency they demonstrated during our first move (which included an extremely heavy player piano!) and we were very satisfied both times. Friendly and capable guys who aim to please the customer.The poor reviews that I see are probably because of moves originating from places other than Nanaimo. The local Nanaimo crew are great!

Great staff,operations manager hooked me up with all the cartons I need for my move, and the owner mike had no problems with giving me more cartons and tape for my move

Once they receive your furniture they will hold it hostage as they change the price of your move and won't work with you at all unless you pay in full. The owner refuses to return calls and several items went missing and are damaged. Would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs and use someone who is more reputable.

Edited September 2022. I neglected one very important thing. One of the movers had left 2 specific items on my dads wall and when I noticed, I asked why where they not packed? He nervously stated that they were next and I watched as he packed them. There was a small indiginous colorful mask and a pair of cowboy boots that were etched into a 9 x 11 piece of rustic wood. Those two items were never seen again.They should have been in the top of the box I watched him put them in.Moving our precious items from BC to Ontario with All Canada Moving was a very upsetting experience. There were so many incidents and errors made that I can't list them all. As mentioned in another person's review, they changed our pricing as well, and did not stand by our (written) agreement. We paid for two legs of this journey, but when the truck arrived at the first destination, he refused to take the remaining packaged items to the second location. These items were left with us, for us to figure it out. Most unfortunate though, unbelievably, antique glass vases, original oil paintings and western statues were just laying in boxes with NO PAPER WRAP OR BUBBLE WRAP AROUND THEM, just crumpled paper stuffed in between. In total 5 precious items were smashed beyond repair. These were family heirlooms. We were also told that a very special antique leather chair would be wrapped in bubble wrap at the warehouse, but it arrived without any protection whatsoever and a 4 inch cut in the beautiful original leather. Very sad for us.

The move was very calm, as moves go, the movers were professional and reassuring. I really felt safe with then around my belongings. They were very helpful, quick and careful. Also I found them kind and mannerly. My clothing was hung nicely and neatly in good size clothing boxes to keep them clean and in order. Everything was in good shape and accounted for when it was received at the other end of my move. I would highly recommend them as a great moving company..it was the easiest move I have ever made..Thanks again!

Adam, Doug, and TJ were curteous, careful, and effecient on on our recent move from a house to a condo within Nanaimo. Every item was wrapped and handled as if all was fragile. They disassembled and reassembled some lager furniture professionally and with good humour. No damage to any items, nor to any structure.Office staff, Cathy and Verna, were exceptional in coordinating moving out and moving in dates, providing packing boxes and paper padding material - all with a super attitude.We would highly recommend All Canada Moving.

Allied Van Lines/ All Canada Movers was a nightmare. We had precious items and family heirlooms packed and shipped from BC to ON. These items barely had any wrap around them, were stuffed into boxes and upon arrival in ON were broken into pieces. So very upsetting. We can never replace these sentimental and valuable pieces that we hold close to our heart. They also did not honour the contract both in price and destination. I would never recommend this company and will suggest you go elsewhere.

These Gentlemen were Amazing!! Adam and Doug, you define customer service and integrity. You truly went above and beyond and I can not thank-you enough! Five stars for first class! Bravo!

Worst ever!! Thousands of dollars worth of my possessions lost out of their supposedly safe and secure storage, with no explanation, no excuses, and no compensation. Choose someone else!
