Got me in on short notice even though fully booked, really listened to my problem and offered cost efficient solutions.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. He quoted me $275/ injector. When I got my bill he charged me $317/ injector. He told me 4-5 hours labour to do the job and on the bill he charged me 10 hours. When I tried to talk to him about the bill he became vulgar and ignorant. $2457. to change 3 Ford 6L injectors. But this is minor compared to what's next. After being 2 days late to get my truck fixed and after paying my bill when I left I had absolutely no brakes. I reminded several times to fix the brakes while he had it. When I said to him how am I supposed to drive this back to Revelstoke he said not my problem". The moral of this post is after spending almost $2500 we then had to have the truck towed to another repair shop to fix the brakes. So now we had to rent a hotel room while we wait for the truck to get fixed because we had no way home. I strongly suggest before doing business with this company you do your homework and check list prices of parts. He likes to overcharge. He has no problem letting you leave in an unsafe vehicle. He told us he road tested our truck. When asked how without any brakes. He said " very carefully". He definitely doesn't care about his customers safety or his reputation."

Absolutely AMAZING service!! I’m from out of town and my truck needed to see someone immediately. No other dealerships in town would help me and these guys came to my rescue! Highly recommended and thank you so much for all the help!

I usually don't do too many reviews, but after my experience today, I feel as if it's necessary for this time.We had a booked appointment at Interior Diesel but the appointment was running quite late, an hour later than the booked time is when my car finally made it into the bay. I had another errand to run before hand and that business actually offered to do the wheel alignment for me since I was already there. But I had turned them down because Interior Diesel was recommended to me by a mechanic shop we had been to for some work on the same car earlier this summer and we already had an appointment booked. Once the vehicle made it in, a job that really shouldn't have taken the whole afternoon, took until almost 4pm. Which ate up all the time I had for the afternoon. When I voiced my annoyances politely after waiting around for several hours, the secretary tattled on me"

Ron has given me the best service I have ever had on my vehicles. I own a 1998 Chevy diesel since new and have never met a mechanic who knows more about my truck than me. The truck has been in multiple times for upgrades and repairs and every time it is done beyond my expectations. If something goes wrong ( which it did once ...no ones perfect ) he came in after hours to fix the problem and ended up fixing something else for no charge.... I bring all my vehicles here now. i would strongly recommend this company.

I will always remember Ron for his extraordinary customer service and accurate professional diagnosis during a recent mechanical breakdown enroute to Vancouver.Ron and his staff members went out of their way to show care and concern before after and during the repair process. And at literally half the cost and downtime I had imagined.This outfit is world class!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were referred to this shop by someone in the area. After buying an older jeep we were excited to have someone over look it and start the journey to fix it up to what we envision. We took it last Tuesday for an inspection. We're not called when the inspection was over, rather had to drive down and spent about 30 minutes discussing details and a rough plan, not a huge deal but not even a courtsey call that the jeep is ready? We decide to move forward with an engine compression test the following day. If that were to check out we were to move forward with some other minor fixes. The owner let us know he'd call us on the Wednesday with the results and we would go from there. The verbal estimate we received was between 500-600. Fast forward to Thursday. Still no word even though we tried calling, left a message for him to call us. While this was happening we were also trying to get a copy of the inspection report, which the receptionist told us you're emails don't work" as to why we hadn't received it. Weve had the same emails for decades and have never had issues so why are all of our emails suddenly not working? We heard nothing all week from them and decided we didn't feel comfortable leaving our jeep with someone who wasn't going to return our calls. Of course we show up yesterday to a $1400 jeep. The jeep was ready to go so why had it been sitting there all week with no call to us and an invoice that nearly tripled. The guy made two comments about us not being from here and that he thought we'd burn him for this reason

THANK YOU FOR THE LAST MINUTE REPAIR!!! Showed up with no notice, these great people got us in right away. Within an hr and a half we were back on the road, they replaced a rear hub assembly on our dodge caravan (the wheel was ready to fall off), GREAT service and didn’t mess around. My large family is very greatful at how quick and professional they were
