Walmart Photo Centre

Currently in progress complaint, ordered photos and it said to wait up to two weeks for them to be ready for pickup at the store; fine, that’s doable. Received an email last Wednesday saying they’re ready for pickup. Went down, was told they’re probably on the truck that just arrived, will be ready in a few hours. Come back 5 hours later, they’re not ready. Go back the next day at 3pm, they’re not ready. It is now 5 days after receiving my “ready for pickup” email and I have not received a call back (that they said they would give me) when my photos are ready, and no one picks up the phone when I call. Will not be using this service again.UPDATE: They have lost my order and could not find it anywhere, despite someone signing for the FedEx package almost a week ago. Their phone lines kept giving me a busy signal, and the customer service rep is working by herself between the counter and the phones, so it takes almost 5 minutes of the phone ringing for someone to pick up. NEVER use this service if you want efficiency, communication, or to actually get the service you paid for.

Be warned before coming here for pet treats. The pet food/treats section is abysmal. You have to get there early to check if they might have what you’ve been trying to find before they’re sold out AGAIN! The products that sell well are never ordered properly to have enough for the demand. It’s a constant letdown. Is it store policy to order so little of well selling products? It boggles the mind why Walmart tries to make less $ than they could in some areas.

A good experience

I wouldn't recommend anyone who wants to go for passport photo services. You might need to go somewhere else eventually. I was at walmart in Langford today at 2.50 pm ( 10 December 2022) for my passport photos and got reply from associate ( Had Glasses, about 4 feet 4 inch height), we can't take photos today because It's super busy and associate recommended London Drug. I couldn't take a name because associate didn't had their name tag ( I can provide more details regarding ethnicity if management takes seriously these reviews). Anyways London drug did pretty amazing job for my photos. I would never visit walmart again in future. I would rate Zero for customer service if there is option
