Waited over an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor, even though I had an appointment however, the doctor was extremely professional and quick with his examination. Examination was a bit on the expensive side and they aren’t willing to bill to employers, which is unfortunate and can be a deciding factor for people who can’t afford to pay out of pocket to expense the cost later.Recommend coming here for a pre-work medical exam for the quickness, availability, and professionalism of Dr. Toor.

I arrived here ar 10:45. My appointment had to be at 11:00a.m. It is 3:30p.m. now. I have had blood test and X-ray during this time. Still waiting to see the doctor.

First appointment cancelled due to “an emergency”. Second appt took 2 and a half hours for a medical, when you see the doctor for 3 minutes. The office is chaotic and disorganized. This place is a money grab. There’s a reason why you can book a medical every 10 minutes. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

My ferry was delayed and then I got stuck in traffic, I got to the office past their closing time on Friday evening, but the doctor and the front desk stayed longer to wait for me to do my medical exam, everyone was very friendly and professional, the process was very efficient! Thank you!

I hope no one has to go through the hassle this office makes you go through. They are quick to take hundreds of dollars from you and do not respond to your questions or let you speak with the doctor after your appointment. They receptionist will keep you on hold for a very extended period of time, comes back with no answer to your question. Promises to get a call back the next day are fales. Never again.

I have been going to Dr. Toor since past 3 years for my aviation Class 1 medical and recently got my PR medical done which went like a breeze as expected. Dr Harshbir Toor is a thorough and experienced professional undoubtedly. At the same time, with his aviation background, meeting him always leads to an interesting conversation which I always look forward to. Highly recommended!!

I had a booked appointment for 12pm for a medical exam although the doctor did not arrive until after 1pm, and I wasn’t seen until after 2pm. Many people were waiting and people who had appointments after were seen before me. There is no reason to schedule appointments if you can not follow through with them. Making people wait hours is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when my exam only took 10 minutes. The staff were nice and so is the doctor, but they need to figure out their scheduling if they expect their patients to be patient.
