If there is negative points available, I'd definitely give them negative points. The worst Canadian Tire Auto Service I have even been!!!! They realized that they over charged for a part a few HOURS after I left the store and asked me to go back to the store to get the refund. I asked them if I could get refund without going back the store as I live pretty far from the store. They said no, that would be considered as a fraud. What a joke!!! I don't know how they usually refund for an online order then. Then I drove all the back to the store, told the guy from the service I am here for the refund. He then called the customer service and sent me to there. Then I waited in a line for almost 20 mins at customer service, finally it was my turn and the lady said she needs a confirmation" from a manager from service department to proceed although the service guy just called. Then she started to serve the customers after me and left me waiting there like a fool. After 10 mins

I called this Canadian Tire location last Friday in the afternoon. The lady over the phone hung up on me three (3) times without even talking to me. Then finally put me on hold and supposedly transferred me over to a specific department, I kept waiting on hold and then the same lady got on the phone and asked me the reason for my call ....like seriously?? pathetic customer service experience ... then she put me hold again and after few minutes told me that no one is picking the call in that specific department and she did not know what to do" ... Now am I going to figure out a solution for you as a customer? What's the point of being in business and open to public when you are not able to provide a basic service efficiently over the phone?? Without even apologising she hung up on me again. Their management must know that the staff at the lower level is not doing their job properly and turning away customers over the phone ... will not be calling or coming here again for service .."

Store empty but loooong lineups to the 1 open cashierWhen I got home the camp fuel.I bought had leaked out in my trunk, soaking the carpet. The car smells like a chemical factory.I call the store and they insist I bring it back for a refund. Customer service says there is nothing they will do about my car. I shop Canadian when I can but I can see why Amazon is winning...Now waiting for a call back from the Manager.

I am at your location. Just wanted to buy a phone pouch that was locked in a cabinet in. aisle one. I asked an associate and she went to get someone to open it. After 10 minutes no one shows up and I call the customer service line of your store. I speak to a lady and she tells me to hold and bangs the phone. Still no one shows up. Please improve your customer service as you always have stock. Thanks

I went to check and repair my Ford fusion A/C as it is just blowing hot air, the charged me CAD 116 plus tax for diagnostics, I was waiting in the store, after 15 minuets they called me and said in order to find out if there is a gas leak, to do so you will have to pay for the gas and it might be after all something else, I said okay, then they said and you have to pay CAD 288 as service fee, when I asked them what is CAD 116 was charged for then, they said it is initial fee just to check the car. I spoke with their supervisor Ross witch was helpless and he can't even solve or take a decision. it was the worst experience it is just a scamI don't recommend that anyone to go to this location to repair his car and get scammed.

The auto mechanic service here sucks! Ordered tires and was supposed to have them installed and was told I needed the physical hard copy of the order even though I had it on my phone and showed them the proof, It was also saved in their computer as an appointment! Went elsewhere to get the tires installed after waiting a long time in the lines that are always full and move sooooo slow! Supplies are limited in their auto section but the workers are always helpful hence the 3*

My 2013 Elantra was stalling and displaying 'check engine light'. According to my google search, this was caused by a faulty crankshaft sensor and it turned to be true. My mechanic at Blue Ribbon Auto refused to take my car because he was busy 'swapping winter tires' for other customers. I called Midas shop at Dundas and they wouldn't give me an appointment on that day. So I brought my car in the Canadian Tire auto shop and the problem was fixed. I had to leave my car for a day, however, because they were working on other cars.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...THANK YOU, PENNY.On June 15, 2023, I phoned the Canadian Tire, Dundas & Dixie Store, Mississauga, about receiving a refund on an item that was now on sale. I told Penny that I had my receipt. she asked for the product code which I gave her. She saw that it was on sale and that she would provide me with a credit. Penny was so pleasant! In the store I found Penny to be as pleasant as she was on the phone. What a great experience to begin my day...and I hope I also helped Penny begin her day on a pleasant note as well.Lynda K. Such a disappointment!What's the point of making an appointment a week beforehand. A complete waste of time. Your staff doesn't know what's going on around. They have excuse for everything but don't want to take accountability for nothing. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and even after two hours later nothing was done. They were rather busy entertaining walk ins or their knowns.Mississauga, Dundas location to be precise.

Great place to find soccer cleats. Got a great deal on cleats for my 7 year old. Would recommend coming here 4 weeks before soccer season as they are almost out of stock.
