Loving Touch Transportation

I had an excellent experience using this service to transport my dad to the hospital for surgery, as he is wheelchair bound and it is difficult for him to transfer. I booked the service the day before his surgery, as I had little notice from the hospital. They came through for me in a pinch with flying colors. Driver Erin could not have been nicer or more professional. The van was very clean, and dad could be transported in his own chair, with a ramp and many safety belts for his protection during transport.

My family and I have interacted with the owner, schedulers, and some of their drivers.Very professional, but also genuinely VERY helpful, and accommodating.They're truly try their best to help.Good people all around.Truly a blessing to have good care in time of need. Having good people with transport really sets the tone for rest of the day.God bless them!Edit/ Update:Having dealt with these wonderful, professional, caring people for some time now, I felt like writing another positive review, but I think Google only lets you write one. So here's an edit/ update.They really do their best to accommodate all changes that can occur. They seem to have a SOLID plan in place to accommodate situations that come up. Top notch!

Loving Touch is by far, the best transportation service I have ever used! Our driver was prompt, professional, kind and Covid responsible! I spoke to Rene, on the phone and she was friendly and receptive to any requests I had. She was extremely easy to work with. The van was clean, well-maintained and well-suited to transporting my mom in her wheelchair. It was also able to accommodate me as a passenger, which I appreciated.. And, as a bonus, they were by far the most reasonable! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

As the original founder of this company I am glad to hear the great reviews from clients again. When I sold this company we had an excellent reputation in the community for great customer service, on time pickups and returns, clean vehicles, professionally uniformed drivers with the Loving Touch attitude you would expect.Apparently that was lost for a couple of years, but the new owner Matisse has restored order and is on the right track. I hope the LEGACY of Loving Touch Transportation lives on for Decades to come.

Hello I am a new employee at this company and I tell you I have never in my 30 plus years of employment experienced such a great company to work for they have not only welcomed me with warming arms but also made sure I had the best trainer anyone could ask for her name is Jody . But as I was saying the members of this company is very organized, professional and considerate of its employees welfare, as well as its clients. My sister was in need of a wheelchair transport to a doctor appointment. This was our first time using such a service. I had called a number of places, but when I contacted Loving Touch Transportation, and spoke with Renee, I was immediately impressed with how helpful and friendly she was. She took the time to explain to me how their service worked, what it would cost, and where the driver would be throughout the appointment. It was no-brainer to select them.Our driver, Jodi, picked us up at the rehab center and drove us to the appointment (I was a ride-along). My sister was apprehensive about the how transport would work, but Jodi was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. She put my sister at ease from the moment we met her.We definitley recommend Loving Touch Transportation and, if needed, will use their services again (and while I am sure all their drivers are excellent, we will ask for Jodi again).

Fantastic service and good prices. My father was discharged from the nursing home, I was exhausted and filled out an online form at night to schedule a ride to a doctor appointment and they promptly comfirmed it in the am. The drivers are great. I recommend them and continue to use their services for my father's medical needs.

Jim has been great! He is a caring driver, and really hustles. All while making sure my dad's needs are met.
