First let me say that i was extremely happy with the 2 green plant arrangements I ordered for a funeral. I'm from the states, I've ordered from other florists and have been totally disappointed. I called Simona's the woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, I had looked online and they didn't have exactly what I wanted but she said she could make something nice, the arrangements were on time and absolutely beautiful. Great job! Definitely will recommend calling Simona's.

I called to order flowers for my mother’s birthday and I called at 10:30 pm Ontario time - I live in California. I planned to leave a message but Simona answered the phone and took my order then. Simona definitely understands customer service and my mom will receive beautiful flowers on her birthday. Thank you so much, Simona!

Very unhappy with my recent Mothers day order.They claim they attempted a delivery but no one answered the door. They also said they called the number I provided (I double checked my receipt, my Moms number was correct) but their number was not on my Moms caller ID (only three phone calls that day, all known numbers) nor was a message left on her voice mail.I am very sceptical that a delivery attempt was made on the day my order was confirmed for. I will not use this business again.
