terrible customer service. waiting for a large ladder order for months. called apr 12 by the delta location asking if we would take a partial shipment and we confirmed we would. 8 days later no order. called again apr 20 told we were supposed to call back to confirm partial shipment (not true) asked for sales manager to call back , no call. called again today to find our order, now told allright's order was delayed as it was never received in the first placed. now told its coming. allright takes advantage of the fact there are virtually no options for ladders in the lower mainland.

best wood step ladders ever (redtop). my father and uncles have been using these ladders for over 30 yrs for low voltage and electrical work! sad to see production discountined bought as much as I could, thank you for making best step ladders ever and keeping us all safe!!!! unlike these fiberglass step ladders, to flimsy!!!!!!!

I am using their ladders since I moved to Canada in 2007 and I am on the heavier site roofing guy, but I never had any problems at all with their products or service. We have dealt with Alright Ladders for decades, they have since moved to Delta and possibly under new management or ownership and the service has just simply dropped off the face of the earth. We for the second time lately placed an order and it has taken over a week to receive our in stock ladders and that had to include several phone calls asking why they haven't shipped paid for ladders. They haven't even had the sense to update their website. I prefer to support local but hello Home Depot.

I bought an alright jaws LGL ladder in 1987 ,,all aluminum,,still going strong,,speaks well of Canadian manufacturing when they were made here in Canada ,,,If a product is built strong regardless of cost it will last,,--HAPPY CAMPER!
