Sight N' Steps

Me and my mom had the best experience ever. He fixed both our feet. Both of us were suffering a lot and couldn't walk properly. I am so for the late for this review. I am impress with the orthotics that, I am so busy moving and walking and enjoying life. He is so good with his patients. I am a different person with a lot more energy, that I am not sitting on the coach with extreme pain. Me and my mom want to thank him so much, that my mom can walk and pick up my child from school. So much thanks, I will be back again. It is worth the money and they change people lives. There is so much support on my feet. I am so busy and I can continue to engage with my child now and stand for 8 hours at work. So Happy

Dr. Shaffin is excellent. He pays attention to the details to not only provide comfort in each step but also finds you the styles that suit your lifestyle. I strongly recommend him.

Always a great experience year after year. Nawaz and Dr. Shaffin are always professional and very helpful. I go here for my orthodic insoles and eye check / glasses for my wife and I. They go out of there way to make sure I always receive the best service, honestly I can't thank them enough. Usually I'm someone who likes to shiop around for deals, but if I find a place that helps me with my needs and provides a fair price then that is worth more than an extra $15-20 less elsewhere. I truly appreciate how you guys always accommodate me. Thank you again.

I was disappointed because they told me that I’m eligible for benefits for the eye exam, when I finished the exam they said you have to wait eight more months to be in benefits for the glasses . To me that’s not efficient she should’ve told me that in the beginning.

Recently had an appointment for a eye examination and my experience was delightful. The customer service was stellar from welcoming me into the building, performing the pre-examination and examination, assisting me with finding glasses that suit my style/fashion sense. Dr. Amina Khan was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything to me with each step, let me know areas of concern regarding my eyes and the potential next steps, and was very reassuring and welcoming. I will definitely be making sight n steps Ajax the spot where I get my primary eye care. Truly a delightful experience.Shout out to the entire team!

My glasses broke, and I was told that there was 1 year warranty. They replaced the lenses without a problem...but they wouldn't replace the frames. They told me to contact the frame manufacturer....I did, I was told the frames have 3 years warranty and I should just go back to the store I purchased my glasses from and it wouldn't cost the store anything for the new frames. I went back and they told me that the manufacturer is wrong and I'm out of luck. They kept my old frames, so I'm guessing that they had the frames replaced under warranty and charged me $200. for the new ones. I would not recommend this store to anyone. You would expect better from Pakistani people.Beware, stay away!***Update Aug 18, 2020*** the manufacturer will warranty the broken frames, no thanks to Sight N Steps, we contacted themourselves***
