We just had Jeremy do our garage floor and seal our driveway before moving into our new home, He worked long hours to make sure it was done on time and the end result is flawless!! Jeremy solved our issues with exposed aggregate: they ground down the the rock and concrete to finally give us a beautiful flat surface. He applied a Satin Polyaspartic Concrete Coating with an anti slip agent and will never require resealing (that will save us at least $500/yr plus our time). We had the DuraGuard team in to check out our floor in the shop for Manning Disposals LTD. It was suffering from years of salt and neglect. Within 2 days I had a very detailed quote from Jeremy. It was precise and detailed down to each procedure and product used. The cost was less than other companies and we approved the quote.Jeremey and Colton showed up by noon Oct 26th and put in long hours, for two days. They are super respectful of our surrounding items in their workplace and covered everything with plastic for protection. They left our shop clean of any of their product debris which is very kind. They spent an extra 6 hours finalizing the project as they just were not happy with it. The pride in their work shows, right from the first quote to the end product. We have recommended their services to numerous people since the completion of our job.

Dorian was great to work with, very responsive and solutions oriented. His workers are professional and friendly. Even though it took longer to complete because of the cold, they stood by their quote. Would recommend.

We had Duraguard come and work on our shop floor. During the project there were some unexpected curve balls that Jair and the team were faced with. It was brought to my attention and we came up with a solution and proceeded from there. This caused the project to take longer but the installation crew saw we needed the shop. They were working Saturday and even came back Sunday to get the job completed on time so that Monday we were able to get back into the building.This goes a long way and hats off to Jeremy Colton and Brandon for doing whatever it took to complete this project on time!!Highly recommend Jeremy and the crew at Duraguard surfaces! I work for Devco Developments. We maintain a multi story building with a mechanical room on the second floor. There had been growing concern about the potential for a flood or other mechanical failure that could cause issue with tenants and structure below.DuraGuard Surfaces Ltd. has provided us with the solution.Jeremy provided us with a plan to seal the floors to contain any spill while providing a durable, stain resistant and non-slip surface.The scope of work required preparation of the old concrete, grinding uneven surfaces, repairing any concrete substrate cracks, waterproofing the floor and curbs and applying the surface coatings, all in a space with running boilers and other equipment installed!The process took less than a week and was done with minimal impact to the surrounding businesses. Work was done on time and professionally.This was a difficult job that was handled with great care.Judge for yourself.
