I would seriously consider using the partner companies of your cell phone provider. I took my phone in based on a recommendation to fix a cracked screen. They fixed the screen but permanently damaged my phone and I can no longer send my phone back to telus. I have a green line covering my entire screen vertically and my camera is broken. It cost over 400 dollars and I now owe telus 600 dollars. At least know the risk as I was never told that fixing the screen would risk internal damage of my phone.

So I came in today to get my iPhone XR speaker fixed the man said I can clean it for you for 30$ but if that doesn’t work I will replace the speaker for you for 80$ so 110$ in total thats an outrageous price, but he was a nice person…

I was in this morning to change the screen protector, the hard cover broke by mistake by the person. He said he would replace it for free. The cover was old and had quite a bit of stress damage. I still gave him some extra money. Very classy people. Highly recommend this place

My Mom went in to Future Tech this morning to get a new phone. She had Faisal assisting her in her purchase. He was very helpful, and spent time explaining everything to her.He was very patient, kind and thorough. They quickly provided the best quotes the night before when I was looking around for a battery replacement for my sons iPhone from several companies and took the time to explain what would be happening when we took the phone in for service the next day with a turn around time of 1 hour. Saleem and his team at Future-Tech offered great customer service from start to finish. I broke the screen and display on my phone and it was difficult to find the parts in the correct colour. They offered me various solutions that would have my phone fixed quickly but ultimately I wanted to wait. They sourced the part, kept me updated on the progress and once it had arrived, the phone was ready in a few hours. It looks like new and they threw in a free screen protector and phone case. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
