5 star service. This is how perfect customer service is. Very friendly, helpful and was even given a direct number to dial if I needed anything.

I would have given 0 stars if it were allowed. The most unprofessional and rude business owner I have come across yet.We were in town to deal with a dying relative and need to rent a U-Haul van to clean her condo out. My wife booked a U-Haul at another location that was unfortunately not available so the reservation was changed to this location. When we arrived at the location to pick up the U-Haul it wasn’t there. We called 3 times with no answer so proceeded to knock on the door. This is where we encounter a lady in her pyjamas who became extremely rude and yelling expletives and not able to properly communicate how we should solve this problem. We ultimately left and we’re able to find another uhaul provider i the cityWe have reported her to U-Haul in hopes something will be done.Stay away from this place if you can.

The lady who owns the shop is beyond rude. She was upset I had accidentally hung up on her and refused to be any help. After telling me there was no smoking on her property, which is completely understandable, she told my grandmother she couldn't help. Then came out and called me names and wouldn't let me talk or explain myself. She was beyond rude, especially considering she was the owner and manager of this establishment. I told her that I had a rough day and couldn't handle her rudeness, which she didn't like as she called me more names, gave me the finger and said she didn't need my business. I never judge a book by its cover, and this place wasnt a clean place, there's garbage and random stuff everywhere, now after this experience the cover matched the whole book. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, not even to my worst enemies. Not even as just a U-Haul place shouldn't anyone ever have to experience the rudeness and unprofessional attitude that I did today.

If zero stars was possible, that's what I would give. These people make up their own policies for the uhaul equipment they rent. I made a reservation through uhaul's 1800 number and these people refused to rent to honour it and rent to me. U-Haul customer service told me they're not allowed to do that, yet here I am empty handed. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great place, good flexible customer service. The people who are leaving bad reviews are definitely those who havent even physically met the woman who runs this place as she was anything but a 'bully' or 'rude' and locations of where the trucks were stored were very clearly described and shown to me. In all I highly recommend this place for booking your u haul needs

Total lack of customer service! Don't answer their phone, voice mail full and you can't leave a message. The contract gives an address to return truck to but when you find the place there is a sign to take it elsewhere then return there to drop the key off in a box. Never again!!

I don't know why this place gets such a bad rap. I've rented from here several times, I only had one bad experience, and it was U-Haul's fault for listing the store hours incorrectly. The new Truck Share" mobile booking feature is great if you need to pick up a truck outside of Blackfoot's hours."

The woman working was a bully, both on the phone and in person. I paid $79 after being quoted $29.95 (I only put 16 km on the van as I wasn't moving far.) Was told the van was in the lot across the way

The gentleman & Christy were a great help and saved my weekend. Very polite and helpful. There had been a mixup so the gentleman sorted it all out. My many thanks.

Christine, she is really lovely and big heart person, someone may say she is rude or something, but in reality she is very helpful and caretaker, we had difficulties with our car and needed to transport our car to Toronto, she helped to load , explained and made sure that we will be safe and comfortable.A message to all people, Don't judge anyone by their looks
