RBC Royal Bank

I went into this location for the third time in about a month to get a temporary client card as I had lost mine. In both the first and second times the replacement card didn’t work. The first was a mechanical issue I suppose and the second time I received a incorrectly dated card. I understand that errors happen but I had definitely become frustrated and a bit insecure about my financial safety as the situation had not actually been rectified. Today I was served by Emily Robins and I’m leaving feeling totally confident that I will not be back for the same issue again! (Thank you Emily!) I also recently moved so change of address happened in the midst of having had a replacement car being sent out. She went to the trouble of ensuring that that old card was cancelled and updating all of my information with me. I will absolutely be loyal to RBC, and this branch moving forth because of the Customer Service that I received from her today.

It used to be a great branch. The new layout, the lack of customer service, the wait times are bad. Makes me want to try TD. The teller manager would not let me redeposit a money order from them because “someone wrote it out incorrectly”. An Rbc employee.

I left several voice mails for a call back months ago, still waiting! Horrid service and will be taking everything to a credit union. Zero customer service.

As far as the tellers go, they seem to know how to perform the tasks that they need to in order to do their jobs.The customer service associates (people who are there to try to sell you loans, investments and insurance), are competent.

Great bank with ATMs all over , thank you for everything .Great service!! Thanks for helping me get my new Truck .

Nice place for banking. Staffs are so cool and helpful. I was surprised that they remember my name even after 4 months after just one visit.

Primarily, I have mostly dealt with the ladies in the cash cage. Who have all been friendly, personable, professional and truly go above and beyond. I always look forward to seeing them. I have also dealt with various staff members over the years and have never had a bad experience. This branch is also well organized in today's new norm" of doing business."

Dave Jenkins is a petty manager who bickers with clients although evidence suggests Rbc fails to communicate to their clients properly. He will stand his ground as if his life depends on it even when they’re in the wrong.

I’m so disappointed in this location. Every time I stop in here there is a huge line: 5 to 7 people in line and not even enough employees available to service customers. You usually have to wait 15-25 minutes to speak with someone. Terrible customer service. This is just another reason I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. RBC doesn’t value their customers’ time.
