Having purchased several recreational vehicles in the past I am very pleased to say that dealing with Nick and the team at Alberni Power and Marine has been the best experience. They were knowledgeable, and very good at just knowing what we might want. Through the whole process they were excellent, and I highly recommend if your looking to get on the water, you go see their team, simply amazing.

I recently purchased a 9.9 Prokicker EFI. The majority of the communication prior to the purchase was done via email, Nick was always very quick to respond. We finalized the sale at end of business one day and they had it shipped out the following day. It was a smooth, straight forward transaction. And best of all their pricing was significantly better than anywhere else I'd found.

I purchased an 18ft Boat two weeks ago and decided to repower, I found that Alberni Power Marine had a 115hp Mercury and asked them to remove old engine, put in new hydraulic steering, fuel tank sensor, new gauges, and install new motor and sea test it, etc.The final quote was on the 14th July 2022, they said three days to do the work, THEY DID IT IN TWO DAYS and had the boat tested and ready to go on the 21 JULY 2022.FROM QUOTE TO COMPLETE IN 5 WORKING DAYS!!!!!With Nick (in sales) it was 10 out of 10 for communication, and every detail that he said they could do and would do was done.Nick asked at every stage what I needed in terms of small details that came up with the install and for the final day they were short three employees due to sickness and still worked hard for me to get the boat ahead of schedule.Their shop is VERY clean, professional, and organized, and to top it off they came in $500 under quoted work.To say I am pleased is a vast understatement, I would recommend this company without reservation for any work needed.Thank you Alberni Power and MarineRichard Morgan ( Very Happy Customer)

These folks are the best. I purchased a new model 225 HP Mercury over 2 years ago. I received great service and advice and got the perfect power for my boat and my requirements .... the knowledgable and friendly sales staff. BUT it didn't end there. I have had the rewarding experience of follow up and continuing sales service from Alberni Power and Marine that i can only qualify as above and beyond the call of customer service. If you are looking for knowledgable nautical advice/products and service, you can do no better than dealing with Alberni Power and Marine.

Nick answered all my questions in a timely manner, very clear and right to the point. Email response to my questions was same day. He even helped clarify some of my buying options for my boating set up. We went through a break in timeline and future maintenance schedule. Building a good relationship with a quality sales/maintenance staff is what I want and got from this shop.
