Stopped in on my way through Neepawa, very disappointed. You expect a certain level from McDonald’s but this wasn’t delivered at all. Service was terribly slow. In fact, a couple of people got the food before me that had half ordered afterwards. Chicken was burnt, fries were cold, Coke tasted odd and bathrooms disgusting. Would pick the DQ next time.

We like to stop for a breakfast and coffee at McDonald's on all of our travels away from from home. We actually haven't liked or ordered anything else for the last few years now. We find the breakfast is always good and is always the same no matter which McDonald's we attend. But in the last few months, we noticed that this particular location is looking rundown and tired, and the washrooms aren't kept very clean.

The staff here is always super friendly and kind. However, sometimes they get the orders wrong. Still, best coffee in town!

We were very disappointed with our drive thru lunch today. Our fries and burgers were not hot. My latee was barely warm! The rootbeer didn't even taste good.Is it possible to get hot food? Otherwise we are not going to bother again as there are many other food establishments to take our business.

Food was okay, a little greasy but about what you expect from a McDonald’s. The restaurant and staff on the other hand were horrible. Waited 20 minutes for the order without any sort of update on it despite taking longer than it should for fast food while the staff was busy laughing and horsing around with each other. The floors and tables were all filthy looking as though none of them had been wiped down or cleaned in days and every garbage can was filled to the top forcing me to push my garbage down into the bin on top of other people’s garbage. First time stopping in there to eat with the family on our way through town and will definitely be the last time we go there as well.

Washroom was dirty and only had one stall functioning. The restaurant was very busy and the team were trying to keep up. Service was unavailable and no personal greetings or acknowledgement of the situation was given. Restaurant was unkempt also because of the lack of staff.

Food is the same as every restaurant. Counter staff service was good.Place is dirty bathroom was disgusting hand dryer doesn't work. No napkins in the dispenser tables and seating area clean but every garbage was overflowing.

McDonald’s neepawa only hires complete bone heads. Never seen a place that doesn’t care about the job they are doing. One smaller younger guy is severely rude and has snarky little comments. Horrible attitude. They repeatedly get orders wrong. It’s brutal. I’d be ashamed if I were them. Do better
