Like the store, but please improve on the call centre virtual robot. Very annoying to deal with, and when you give all the information to the robot, and finally get transferred over, none of the information you had given is relayed over to the representative, so you basically just wasted minutes of your life for nothing. A quick option to just go straight to a rep would be more applicable.

Levi was awesome. Uber- efficient. Great to be helped by someone who knows what they are doing. Just a general retail comment and not specific to Levi at Staples FedEx depot. He was awesome.

Paid for top express shipping to get my high value package to Florida next day ($90)Item has now been held due to a customs delay for almost a week.Apparently the customer service agent who sent out my package from staples/FEDEX forgot to include the commercial invoice so my package is stuck and staples/FEDEX refuse to issue me a refund for the express next day shipping I paid for ($75 difference over ground shipment)“We don’t offer refunds for employee incompetence” I was told

I understand the staff are trying their best but they are understaffed and very slow. If there is anyone sending a shipment in line in front of you, it is probably better just to come back later.

The Hours of Operation shown online is incorrect. While the store is open late…. FedEx closes shortly after 12 Noon. Drove all the way out to send a package, only to find I couldn’t!

Fedex system has problem, we double checked the shipment information, but still found the final confirmation is wrong when we're home. We went back to the stores and redo the shipment.I'm sending some covid tester to China due to the pandemic situation; however these tester cannot imported by China restriction. I'm OK with the restrict, but Fedex told me they are not responsible to tell the customer if the items can be sent or not, it's the full responsibility of the customer. I.e. they can get you charged to start the shipment, but they will never precheck the items you sent. That's NOT an responsible delivery supplier at all.

I was shipping an item. While I was in line I noticed the professionalism of the staff. They were helping people to bring a vision come true. The staff was very patient with the customers requests for change. When they were serving me Arian and Jeff made sure the process went smoothly. I was not aware that the FedEx envelopes are only used for air express. Arian and Jeff hunted for a box to place the paperwork in. Arian made sure all the destination and from information was correct. I was very impressed with the staff at Staples.
