The technician was quick to diagnostic the issue and just as quick to recommend replacing the furnace but never provided an estimate to replace the faulty part despite me asking him to do so. But amazingly, their sale person was very quick to provide a quote for a furnace replacementUpdate: In fairness the technician was professional and provided a diagnostic very quickly, but who ever was responsible for providing an estimated cost for the repair, was not responsive. At the end, I got the estimate but it was like pulling teeth. First no estimate at all, then the estimate included only the part and I had to follow up has to finally get the total cost with labor. On the other hand, when I requested a second quote for another contractor, the total cost was provided within a few minutes.

Very happy with recent experience installing new furnace. Staff friendly and experienced and extremely polite. Had a few concerns which I felt comfortable voice, and they were handled in a prompt, professional and courteous manner to my satisfaction. I appreciate the help and support and am extremely happy to have used this J.C Robinson, (based on previous home owners recommendation) to install my new Daikin system. They are good people.(Just want to add that I verified the prices quoted on equipment with a friend who is in the same industry and JC Robinson was below friends dealer cost most likely due to dealer discounts, so appreciate the fair pricing you can trust that they are giving you a fare price at least in my experience)

Noah and Zack replaced our hot water tank. They were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. The installation was well done, they consulted and listened to us, explained what they were doing, and they left our house super clean. Thanks to JCRobinson, we have been spared a long weekend of cold showers and mopping up water in the basement : ). After Jim's inspection early this morning (Friday), we realized that our old and cracked hot water heater needed replacing. Tom and Roger quickly got us an install by Devon and Dan this afternoon. I'm very happy with the followup service/repair provided by J.C. Robinson. They installed my gas furnace two years ago but it wasn't until about a year after that, that I noticed a problem with the venting pipes that was related to the installation. I didn't get around to contacting them about it until today, two years after the installation. Despite the elapsed time, Tom in the Installation Department was very understanding and said it would be repaired without any cost. It only took about an hour for a pair of technicians to show up at my house. They replaced some of the venting pipes, as required, no charge. Again, I'm very happy with the efficient, cooperative and friendly manner in which J.C. Robinson handled this!

Devon and Jordan came by on a Friday to install our new air conditioning unit. Both employees were kind, respectful and extremely professional. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Everything about the new ac install process was clearly explained. Highly recommend Jc Robinson and this crew for all air-conditioning and hvac repairs and new installs.

This review is a little over due, but I still need to post this. My furnace died right before the coldest winter night we had this year. I had to place an after hours call, and a Tech was here not long after the call was made. We went over the options available, and I decided to go with a whole new unit. The owner himself called me and lined me up with a great deal on a great unit. Had it installed the following morning. Top quality service all around. Thank you for your service and professionalism!
