My experience at this location was amazing . I tried my lunch, cilantro chicken bowl with blackberry quencher, it was delicious. I ordered the food drive thru the girl having spaces ( I don’t know her name) was so polite and super friendly. Highly recommended..!!!

Very good service, good menu … not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. They know how to prepare home fries and their ice caps are top-notch. Prices were reasonable.

Staff is not as friendly and they keep on talking with each other even when there are customers at the front. Service sucks too. One time I ordered Medium latte but they gave me Large latte and I paid for the large size. They didn’t even do anything to fix that mistake. Today I ordered medium latte again put didn’t even filled the cup properly. The other time I ordered tea over mobile order which they did not have so they asked me if I want something else. I said I’ll have steeped tea but did not even refund me as I paid more for the other tea. Hope they can work on their customer service more.

Your local Tim Hortons in Market Crossing. My brother and I visited the area and we got two coffees from Tim's. The staff were friendly and cooperative.

The service of this tim horton is too slow. The staff is also not friendly, they don't even care about others, always sit behind windows and don't do nothing. Only night crew members are hard-working, but there are always two during night, there should be more staff at night.

Worst customer service in my whole Tim Hortons experience. No supervisors or managers to properly manage. Food was cold. Please train your employees to be polite towards customers who come in to fill their appetite.

Waiting 15 mins for bagel....it was made and ready...the workers kept talking away and didn't realize they left the bagel on their toaster counter....all while looking directly at me and yapping away with each other. I could give -5/10 if I could. R e t a r d s

Well,I visited here many time and I found good service every time. They have good employees,all doing well done job and I also preferred drive thru because of good services. I highly recommend to everyone.lovely and cooperative staff.

Took a long time to get to order. There were only 2 people in store. The washroom was disgusting and when I mentioned it they just nodded their head. I go to Tim Hortons twice a day. This is the first time I have ever complained in 48 years . They need to fix this. They have lots of staff.
