Pathetic excuse of professionalism. staff are by far the most unorganized professionals" for a service intended to help individuals with employment. The majority of my experience with this staff have been prime examples of how not to be in any workplace. Scheduled a appointment for 1. waited 15 minutes outdoors. After finally commencing a late scheduled meeting there was several interruptions as keys staff had more important business on their cell phone. Was informed my meeting would also be put on pause for other business and true to their word walked out on me. I was very polite and respectful just to brush it off. I had to reach out several times sending multiple e-mails just to touch base and get simple responses. Trying to get my final response I was responded with "we tried to call and left you a message" either they called the wrong number or my guess didn't even dial. My call log and voicemail box received nothing. These people offer no professional help other than getting you into a macdonalds just so they can meet their quota."

Highly appreciative of Zac and William and the center as a whole for providing such great services. For an international student, this place is the best for all job-seeking related matters.

Employers- if keys offers you a subsidy for hiring staff, proceed with caution. We were told, after hiring people, they won’t be able to pay us as they stated. Something seems off IMO
