I have been absolutely blown away by this company's customer service. To make a long story short, i am new to being a pool owner and was desperately looking for honest guidance on my next steps in getting my pool ready and looking good. The owner not only contacted me, but took time out of his day off to spend 20 minutes on the phone with me advising me on how best to proceed. Not trying to sell me anything, not trying to lure me into his store. Just an honest human helping another out. Not only does my pool look BEAUTIFUL today, i walked away with so many great emotions following this encounter. I also have a new pool supply store that i KNOW i can trust and will always have my best interest at heart. Luc, and the entire team at Jack Eau - MERCI! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone i speak to!
