This is the second time that I collaborated with Dimitrios Andrianakos to sell a property. The first time was for my condo and now for my 80 year old stepfather who had to move from his home of 40+ years into an intermediate care facility. Dimitri was “above and beyond” expectations during this entire process. He went to the intermediate care facility several times to explain every single step in a patient and respectful manner during the process of listing. We consistently received feedback from visits. Then when it came time to close, again, his experience and patience shined. I would give more than 5 stars if allowed to because that is the feeling we experienced after having closed with Dimitri. Dimitri made the experience of selling our house easy and stress less . All paperwork and follow up were handled efficiently and professionally. Any small issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Dimitri was always available to answer our questions and concerns. He was involved right until the closing and signing at the notary.
