Heena was amazing! To begin with, she was great at accommodating my work schedule and I really appreciate it. It was my first time seeing Heena, I had full legs and Brazilian waxing. I was really impressed with her quick but yet gentle technique, it was absolutely painless. I definitely recommend Heena and will be coming back!

Amazing service by Hina! She talked me through the waxing process and made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. This was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had by far! Hina is the only person I go to for Brazilian waxing! She is friendly, fast, and my waxing is always painless. She’s always given me amazing service and I can’t recommend her enough!

Stay away from Hina!! She double dips during waxing. I had back waxing done, when I told her she said it's fine for the back.Although she is sweet and accommodating, proper hygiene is key to me!

My experience on my first visit was great! Heena was my aesthetician for hair removal/ waxing and she was super friendly; she made me comfortable throughout the entire session, she was personable, and honestly very thorough. I’ll be coming back to her for sure.

I bought this for my daughter as she turned 16 in December 2022. I had read the reviews about how wonderful Hina was and decided to take a chance after all the reviews. I really wanted my daughter to have an extremely positive experience as it was her first time. I did not want her to be traumatised. I need not have worried because Hina was extremely compassionate and understanding. She was gentle and talked my daughter through each and every stage. Hina is such a wonderful caring professional. My daughter and I will definitely be using this facility again and would would highly recommend that you ask for Hina whether you are an experienced person who uses these type of services or a novice like my daughter.

This was a while ago but I went to here to get my eyebrows done. As I teen I’d go here and it was amazing there was this young centennial graduate doing the waxing. Anyways— not the case anymore — I don’t know who the new owners are but they never been here before. I came in with my boyfriend and they continued on a conversation after I said I had an appointment for brows at that time. Probably sat and waited 15-20mins then when it was time for my brows. This lady has no idea of technic or that she was even certified. Eyebrows were uneven and left wax on my face, didn’t even apply aloe or anything after for the redness and sensitivity. Will never go here again.Also seeing other reviews.. the place always looks like a bomb went off. Legit don’t waste your time and money.
