Banter room has been on my list for the longest time, but they are always booked out! Finally got a “standing” spot for Friday night, and now I understand why they are always booked. We finally got a table after some minutes of standing by the bar, which was really nice.The ambience was a nice mix of a restaurant, bar and light night club. Depends on what you like might be a bit too loud, but for a Friday night it was perfect for me! I was able to have a night out feel, without the drag of a club.I ordered the fish tacos, and it was amazing! Even the fries were great. My partner got the green curry salmon, and it was tasty too - needed a bit of salt and black pepper, but that’s an easy fix.I ordered a Moscow mule, that wasn’t good at all! It tasted bitter and the alcohol was non existent. Our server was really nice, she recommended a second drink for me - can’t remember the name, but it had strawberry. It was a bit too sweet for me, but it tasted nice.

Came here a couple of times with my co-workers for drinks. Drinks are good and food is okay. I ordered their steak and it came out exactly as I requested, they're nachos were not bad as well . Overall good atmosphere to have drinks with friends and co-workers, would come back here again.

I've been here a few times and only had good experiences. The Banter Room is an awesome spot to grab some cocktails and have a casual dinner - the food is delicious! If you're going with a group of friends, they have massive drinks that you can share. The music is mostly current popular hits, and the service is always great!

More a 3.5. The beef wagyu slider disgusting in my opinion and couldn’t eat it. The rest were ok. The Inari is overpriced even at happy hour. The ceviche was good, taro chips weren’t. Service was great. Drinks were a decent price for happy hour. I was seated very quickly and comfortably. I would return to enjoy happy hour w friends. The beef slider was really nasty and it would genuinely shock me if anyone reorders that ever. I think they should remove from the menu cause made me feel sick. But who knows maybe it has its fans.

Very yummy place I went for brunch and ordered the chorizo skillet and I ate it all!! the bread they give really suits the dish well in taste and texture, would definitely order again! The drinks we ordered were also very yummy I got the coco not and it was not too sweet which was perfect. Our server was very sweet and the atmosphere of the outdoor" seating was wonderful. Will dine in again!"

Wonderful experience!! The service was impeccable. My family had to wait a bit for our table and the host and manager were so lovely and apologetic. The drinks were amazing!!! Highly recommend Mango Mami slushy if you’re into something sweet. Nachos were perfection and a huge hit for a table of 5 to share for an appetizer. Then each main was better than the next. Our waitress was great. Just a very good vibe overall. The outdoor patio was quite enclosed but there was some fresh air coming through. It was certainly warm! We’ll all be back and would recommend to everyone for a reliably good meal and good time

Great place for brunch. Good selection of traditional bennies. Reasonable price. Reservation and check in was seamless. We were guaranteed our reservation unlike some places that make you sign up for a wait list. Fantastic garden like ambiance. Attentive servers. Food came pretty quickly after our order. They didn't have drip coffee and only had specialty coffees. It's ideal to book when they just open so you're not fighting for attention. Would come back again.

food was okay, coffee portion kind of small, coffee was lukewarm for all 3 of us. also got overcharged for extra taco we never received but the manager helped us out to get a refund. the hostess was kind of not warm but oh well

Brunch Review:This was our first time trying BR and initially the encounter with the young hostess at the front was a bit awkward and strange. Here's what happened.Banter Room's patio has a great brunch vibe, whereas the inside is more for evening...sort of bar, mingle and drinks feeling. Right off, she told us that inside seating was the only option, and since we arrived shortly after they opened, there was plenty of room on the patio. I asked her why we can't sit outside....and she said, well it's because it's only for the two of you

We only went for happy hour. The food was absolutely delicious and I would go back just for the food. It’s busy and patio seating is hard to get, especially for a smaller group because there’s only larger tables out there. The drinks were disappointing and the service wasn’t great.
