Ian when prompted to explain the stage of fight or flight I was experiencing, had no idea there was a third stage called freeze and had claimed that I was unique if I was experiencing both fight and flight at the same time, which of course only made me feel worse.What a bogus counselor you have to be to not get something so simple.

If you are lucky enough to find your way to Ian, you won’t be disappointed!! This man knows what he is talking about and is so different then any mental health professional out there.
