I am totally disgusted with this business. My mother who is suffering from dementia was told she wouldn’t receive her regular pill blister pack delivery because it was a holiday. They waited until she was out of pills to inform her of that. I rushed up to get the pills and drop them off to her that day. It has been 4 months since that situation. Since that time a couple of days before her pills run out she gets a phone call from Lawtons to say she can pick up the pills. Mom is totally confused and calls me. For four months now, I phone Lawtons and ask them to stop with these phone calls that are causing so much stress and confusion and return to the regular delivery schedule. For some inexplicable reason, because I took care of the delivery during a holiday, they have discontinued automatic delivery. Every month they say they will stop calling her for pick up and will return to delivery, but they never do. These people do not care about seniors. No matter how many times I explain how this is horrible for someone with dementia to deal with, they can’t be bothered to update their files. I am totally disgusted with this company. I encourage anyone who supports seniors to go elsewhere where they will listen to family.

They have everything you need. Best to check the fliers weekly to see who has better deals each week Lawtons or Shoppers as they seem to alternate.

Small store, not great selection.

Took them over 2 hours to fill a prescription for 10 lorazepam with 8 dispensary staff. I would not waste your valuable time going to this dispensary. Staff dont seem to enjoy their jobs and are unfriendly.

It's a nice little store,not a lot of selection, but they do have some good prices .

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I understand they are busy but when they fail to deliver a prescription when the client requires it. Not good.

Very disappointed today, October 19th, 2018...I went to purchase items to .get special bonus Air Miles advertised in weekly flyer. There were no signs in the store indicating these specials. Some item price tags did have small Air Miles stickers in the corner. One of the items I wanted was not in stock. In other retail stores, for special Air Miles promotions, there are many promotional signs. I asked and was told they were just getting around to adding A.M. signs to products...at 3:00 p.m!...and, on the website, I could find no email address for the store manager, just phone and Fax.
