I prefer to shop in person - not much for shopping online. But i had a great experience working with Shearal to purchase two light fixtures. All my questions were answered quickly which allowed me to place the order within two days - all via email. Will be back.

Never open or closed by 4pm or door is locked on a Saturday at 1pm with no customers? Unfortunate as their product is great. Three times I have attempted. Customer service needs to include store open. I hope this improves.

I'm giving this business five stars because of the positive resolution of some issues. Special shout out to Jacqueline and her involvement. There are times when things go wrong....as it did on this occasion, however at the end of the day, everything was handled professionally......thank you Jacqueline....this deserves a 5 start rating. As for the store itself.....beautiful and quality product. Beautiful show room.

As a designer I have worked with OP Lighting for over twenty years. The staff has always been helpful and very knowledgable. The wide range of brands they carry shows extremely well in their great showroom. Product knowledge is extremely important to me and OP's staff never disappoints. I also want to acknowledge their warehouse staff, super helpful!

Ron had helped my family throughout our entire process of choosing the most suitable light fixtures for our home. He was sure to understand our style and what we wanted for each room. He gave us enough options to be able to choose what felt best, without feeling overwhelmed. He was very accommodating and kind to each of our requests.
