Please Contractors and all trades in Edmonton and Canada, stay away from this project. The Owner (Paul) is very dishonest and will not pay your money. He wants work done, but keep changing when Bank does inspection and pay. Units being finish now were suppose to be possess in 2015 and he keep claiming they are sold.He has crooked many contractors, framers, finishers, Drywall, Painters etc..This are the kind of owners the government need to get rid of them screwing trades. Please stay away,

This owner Paul doesn't pay his contractors and has no integrity don't support this guy I'm not the only one owed and besides that buy from a respectable company done right

We dealt with him too, he's the worst person we've ever done business with. He uses his financial backing to totally screw all small contractors from ever getting paid. He has no morals, or backbone. Someone needs to stop this crook.
