Donna from Champagne Beauty Bar was so professional!! She knew that it was my first time getting eyelash extensions done, and she helped me through the whole process! She listened to all my concerns and made my overall experience relaxing and comforting. She knew what she was doing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I highly recommend her! My 16 year old daughter went for a lash lift. She was NOT told that the results may not be what she was expecting due to having prior extensions. Her lashes look no different and she was not satisfied with the result. Rather than refunding, Donna offered to redo the lift (that didn’t work in the first place). She then rescheduled the appointment when my daughter got there. Very unprofessional! When she asked just to get a partial refund as she couldnt make the rescheduled appointment, she was told absolutely not. When I called Donna to discuss the situation, she was rude and unprofessional on the phone saying that my daughter “should know what to expect. She has google Madam!”Will never be returning to this establishment.
