The pharmacist was super helpful and the assistant was very polite, I came in for some probiotic medication and they gave me a thorough breakdown of what probiotic would work best for me and I really appreciated it and how caring they are about their patients.

Obviously I was not the right type of person and was treated poorly right from the start. No welcome, no help and severely OVERCHARGED . Box of gravol labeled 7.99. I paid 13.99! The tall southern Asian man with glasses is super rude and biased! Terrible service. Go to Shoppers or Pharmasave. EDIT 2022 Oct I would have come back just to show you the receipt I was given. Your claim of the proper price is nice to say but that's not what actually happened. I wish your employees would have told the truth . I paid 13.99 PLUS tax. You sound professional but that one person was definitely not. I will never come back as I haven't been so poorly treated in a long time. Thanks for your time as the owner. But you don't have control over your employees actions. Just to let you know, I'm First Nations and will not tolerate any bad treatment from a so called professional pharmacist" or whoever the dude with the glasses was . I see you now have ladies working there. The southern Asian man with the glasses

Took my son here for the Covid vaccine booster shot. Extremely unprofessional poor service from both the receptionist and the nurse. They took the care card and did not bother to tell us what the next steps were. There was no line up but yet they disappeared for 10 mins before calling him in for the vaccine. Overall the staff were very miserable and did not want to be there.

I must say that the service and people who work here are exceptional in several ways. Besides the fact it is a very convenient location the staff go out of their way to remember you and are familiar in a kind, thoughtful way.... which is very important when you are using any of their products. I go far out of my way to utilize this location. Well done ladies!
