I came into the yankee candle Oshawa location just before Christmas. The customer service I experienced from Alex was parallel to none.I explained to her who I was shopping for and what kind of scents I believed would be best fitting. Not only were her suggestions so on point but she came with a sense of humour that will have me coming back whenever I need another candle! Thank you for the excellent service I’ll definitely be back :-)

This store is great the staff are super cool and pleasant. Everyone helped out and we all had a good laugh at my reactions to the scents. Hahaha. I can’t for the love of me remember the guys name. He took his time helping me find a scent. Very personable. He also knew his scents and in tune with a lot. So thanks everybody great team effort.

I went with my partner today and we bought three Woodwick’s candles - expensive, ouch. But so worth it. The associate was kind, patient and informative. Well done!

Amazing products but horrible customer service. They don't treat you nice. Very rude and show attitude.I have to go to the store only because of the product and only one store near me.

Most effective candles for eliminating odours and producing a lasting scent. Really great for gifting as well. Wait for the sales as they usually go half off or more a few times every year

I have to say, it's a nice little store!I stopped buying from Bath & Body Works due to them not being cruelty-free, and I needed a new place to shpp for candles! They have nice scents, relatively decent prices and a great assortment of scents! I like to coke here and browse and I always leave with at least 1 candle!Overall, a pretty nice store! I rated 4 out of 5 due to the more popular scents sometimes selling out too quickly but otherwise great!
