I have gone to Euro Tax the last few years. Customer service is excellent. Never kept waiting , fast and affordable ! I will continue filining here

I love this place but very disappointed in the cost now I rem when I started with this company 10 tears ago 29.99 I have the photo still and now 44 and if I do my car it's a separate cost like 100 it's crazy smh and it's not like the service changed

If you are looking to get your taxes done quickly and pay the $45, this is the place. Miro will key in your information within 5 minutes and send you out the door. Sometimes he's out of his office before you even can get out of your seat. Not kidding.BUT if you are looking for additional help go see a chartered accountant. Yes you will pay more but he may give you better ways to getting a better return from CRA.

They are friendly respectful and they are fast. I been going there about 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else…

I was told to come here. This is my second year and will never go back. First year started off good. Got a nice return. I have a few t4s and such things so I have some extra stuff to put in. Got reassessment 2 years now. They screwed up my wife's so bad as well. Now we are having a rough time dealing with this. Don't go here. Save yourself the headache.

Unprofessional and zero customer service. Dont waste your time and money with this place.

My family has been seeing Miro now for over 10 years. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and always friendly. He is super efficient about time. We'll be staying with him for some time. Check him out. Cheers

Terrible experience. They put the wrong slips on the wrong year, cost us 17K in back payments. Would not talk to us or admit fault. They herd people thru like cattle to make as much money as possible. Miroslaw is a coward for not owning up to their error. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was told by multiple people to go here because he’s quick and gets the job done. So being a 19 year old at the time I went. He did the job in 2-3 min max asked me like 1 question maybe and I went on with my day. My sister, father and mother all decided to come here too. HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake. I’m telling you DO NOT GO HERE. Everyone in my family all had to pay thousands out of our pockets. I apparently made 15,000 dollars extra, in 2020 I didn’t know about. I called CRA and found out my accountant used someone else’s info. Also said I paid double for my school. Sadly my parents issues weren’t resolved and had to pay 4,500$ collectively. You may not have an issue right away but just wait and you’ll get something in the mail eventually saying your income tax has been reassessed for the following year. I wouldn’t strongly advice you to stay away from here. How do you mess up so badly? Yes you heard that right. 15,000$ extra I apparently made.

Went to this Award winning income tax accountant first time in 2020 based on recommendation from someone who dealt with this office in the past. I was not impressed with his attitude, but I respected his working environment, hoping he will do the job right I was paying him for. He promised my blue in the sky, but when government replied to me with request to pay thousands back, I was not impressed. I worked for one company, so nothing complicated, no business expenses, or any loopholes anticipated, simply easiest income tax for anyone. Screwed. I do not know why I came back this spring, but I thought nobody is perfect. Just received letter today from government (six months after my income tax return) and I was given less than two weeks to pay back almost $3,000. I am retired now, on fixed income and now this. Obviously this man is not doing his job right, not even close! Buyers, be aware, do your research before paying so called pro's money for the service, they are not able to do. By the way, this was the 1st time in my 40 years working, someone did not do my income tax right. Shame!
