I saw that they were Redwing shoes retailers, so I stopped in. I was looking for safety boots for work and they have a variety in stock. I found what I needed, and they even accepted a purchase voucher from my employer. Super nice people and the boots are working great. Support your local small business owners.

I braved the construction happening around their building and brought in a fleece jacket to have the zipper replaced. They were able to tell me right away that the zipper track was just fine and I just needed a new pull. They fixed it within a week and it looks perfect. Made the jacket feel new. Reasonably priced as well. They are a cash only business which they let you know when they call you so you aren't caught with just a plastic wallet. Very happy, yet slightly muddy customer.

I took a coat in to have snaps repaired. They did an excellent job. You would never know that they had to open the seam to replace them. It was done perfectly.

Great place! Bought a pair of Irish setter boots 5 years ago 2018 and just replaced the same boot in 2023, they had my information saved from prior purchase. Friendly honest great people . I will be back

(UPDATE BELOW!) I'll start with four Stars based on the customer service I got when I dropped my old Sorel boots off for repair. I'll update when I get it back (and see the results) and let you all know how they turned out! (Hopefully five stars!)UPDATE: Brought a pair of older Sorel boots in that had suffered some leather damage - the found an almost perfect leather scrap, an almost perfect D-Ring" and made an AFFORDABLE repair in a timely fashion. In addition to my boot repair

Joe" was out sick but I spoke to him on the phone once and was helpful and polite. His wife was running the shop when I went. Had to get the black nubs on a pair of high heel boots replaced. She said it would take a week to two weeks

Absolutly amazing service. I got all of my patches on my MC vest exactly where I wanted them despite it being a difficult area. I could not be happier with the service and price of what I needed done. I will recommend this place to all of my buddies and will definitely be back when I need more patches sewn on.
