He was great with my kids. His energy was positive and he was highly skilled. In adult classes he used resistance bands which I like.

Imo he’s has good workouts. But I really feel like he doesn’t qualify as a boxing coach. I’m a 4x provincial champ and have been around years and can really tell when someone doesn’t really meet the expectations as a coach. But me, I don’t really recommend. Especially since covid is at its peak and all these sweaty dudes are hugging each other when there’s no contact allowed and there is pictures too of them not practicing social distancing overall good workouts but poor discipline teachings. And not much care in the world to get someone sick and potentially the person who gets sick losing their life so a very big health hazard but wouldn’t recommend for boxing or if you’re just joining mma and want to be teached discipline. There’s many other gyms out there just saying. No disrespect.

Absolutely great atmosphere where kids get a good work out. The instructor is very dedicated and knowledgeable. Very happy to have my children in this class. Highly recommend

Amazing coach

Overall great! I’ve trained in various other schools but you can tell by far the difference and quality in the lessons from an experience fighter then a coach with minimal to no experience! Not to mention the price reflects the schools well intended goals to reach all ppl of all demographics with the sport and create stronger minded individuals

This is a super good Jiu-Jitsu class for children and all ages. The receptionist Bert is a very sweet girl not gonna lie, she is very helpful and likes to help out a lot. She helps people other than by speaking English. She speaks various languages including English, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Swedish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. Bert is just so nice and is there for you. The owner and instructor is nice. Also a quick update i think you should ask Bert to teach all about the Japanese origins of Jiu-Jitsu, anyway Aurevoir!

He has a good workout, Very good people always respecting and thoughtful.They also have a good kids workout nice kids as well! This is a really good place for workouts! Highly recommend
