Shawn was professional and very knowledgeable to work with. He is able to cater to the needs of his clients, and provides sound advice. I’ve purchased properties couple of rimes so I’ve dealt with couple of different real estate agents and Shawn really is the BEST! He puts his clients’ benefits on the top of the list. He will try his best to get the best price for you. He will read all the documents to figure out the pros and cons of the property. He will arrange inspection for your property just to make sure everything is perfect, whereas some agents will tell you that inspection is a conflict because it might create a possibility of not being able to close the deal. And also, no matter how late you message/email him, he will get back to you quickly. Shawn is highly recommended by us!!
