Main Square Apartments

Honestly, the security in the building is useless. There are no cameras in the parking lot, and whoever wants can come into the garage and smash windows and steal belongs to their will.Talking to other tenants, this is not the first time something like this has happened in the building. As of matter of fact, a few months ago, another act of vandalism occurred.My main concern is how useless and helpless security is. I don't know the point of having security in the building when they don't do anything.

I lived in Main Square for 12 years, and I only left a couple months ago because I had to move out of province. Starting with the management, Laila is the best manager and is very friendly! No matter how busy she is, she will always find the time to address any issues right away and she will genuinely be willing to help. She has done so much to make the building constantly improving. The rest of the team (Sterlyn and Melanie) is wonderful too. Melanie's customer service is top notch! Amner from the Maintenance team is really great! He is very professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of his work is very high. Also the location of this building cannot be beat! Next door to Go Station, across the street from Main Street subway station, and super close to any store that you would need.Thank you very much Laila and team for making my experience at Main Square a great one! Keep up the great work!

I have been living here for 6 months and this location has the best accessibility to public transit. I recommended it to my friend and special thanks to Luciana for helping her out with application process, understanding her needs and showing the perfect apartment for her. We were living in a renovated 2bed apartment here 2575. It is really spacious and good. Big windows and a lot of sunlight. The only problems I had was the lift and laundry. The lifts does not work most of the times. Laundry rooms are not well maintained.

We started living at Main Square Apartments since June 2022. It was our first home in Canada and it was truly a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, well maintained and we got all new appliances as well. Any maintenance requests that you have or other concerns are addressed within a day or two. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is great too with the subway station just a 2 min walk away, it makes it really convenient if you are using the TTC. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a good, spacious apartment within a decent budget to look into Main Square apartments.

We flew to Toronto less than a month ago, lived in different rented apartments and approached the search for our housing for the year ahead with all responsibility. It's good that we decided to come here and find out if they have free apartments! And luck smiled at us :)) Because we liked everything: the attentive attitude with which we were met here. Service. The people who work here. Their smiles. And love to details. Personally, we found what we needed: a cool location, a cool view from the window, good supermarkets, cafes within walking distance. And most importantly, a reasonable price for Toronto :))

I would be delighted to write a review for Luciana, who recently showed us an apartment for rent.From the moment we met Luciana, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. She was happy to answer all of our questions and provided us with an abundance of information about the apartment, its amenities, and the local community.

The building is NOT SAFE! Specially the garage! When you read this review, please take it seriously, my car has been vandalized twice in last 6 months! They take zero accountability and do not tighten their security! The staff is so casual about it and not at all helpful! They did not inform us about the vandalism until I found out about it! There were 10 cars that were damaged. Apart from being sorry they had no solution and action from their end. They don’t respond to emails. I have contacted the manager’s manager and yet no response!

It's been six months since we are living in this apartment. Management is amazing! Staffs are quick responsive, listen carefully, always welcoming, and love to see their teamwork.The location is prime, everything is nearby. The rental team, especially Stephanie helped me a lot with directions to get this unit when I was on my parental leave. I was a bit worried after reading reviews regarding cleanliness and security, especially for my two infant kids! I am lucky enough I haven't seen any problem with security. I love to see the security officers' activities at any time in the apartment premises. Happy with the cleanliness of the lobby and my hallway.So far, I have dealt with most of the management staff. I appreciate their always smiling and friendly attitudes.
