I didn't like the egg and I throw up immediately. No I don't know what happened to this breakfast ordered. Service was not nice either.

I go to school at northwestern. We have a 50 minute lunch break, so my friends and I went to this Tim’s for lunch. We had about 40 minutes left when we ordered. We waited 30 for our small food order, and the food was horrid. My sausage English muffin had a pink spot in the egg, and the meat tasted off. My friend’s chicken wrap was undercooked, and looked disgusting. Wasted my money and didn’t have time to go back. Very disappointed.

I just left the Huron Street location. Came in to buy some donuts and muffins. I went to the first order here cash as I've done before and stood waiting while other people were being served. I could have been standing in the wrong place but of the 8 or more employees, several of who looked at me then looked away, no one let me know that. So I left.

ordered Grilled Cheese Melt and Potato Wedges for dinner. turned out their grill machine was broken and cannot make hot food. No hot food provided during dinner time? what a joke

The staff work very hard to provide service. These days the ability to hire to have minimal staff to provide all the variety of food request is not possible to provide it in a timely manner. The best thing that they did was to close drive thru and walk in service only. The future suggestion from me is set up one cashier for Coffee and cold drinks only. The other cashier for food. Consider reducing said food items and make it simpler with more grab and go. Apps would be very helpful for these groups of people that can pre order and pick up...maybe have 2 people doing food orders rather it resting on one person. Burn out is clearly a big problem with the complexity of all food and drink order let alone what customers want to change and customize to their specific order request and idiosyncrasies. Setup heat station to keep food warm.Pet peeve....charging for double cuping I find very insulting as the sleeve replacement does not protect me against being burnt by the heat emmited from the coffee(especially. black coffee orders or Tea orders...as the rest of the cup leaves me unprotected/ the other issue with the large and extra large cups of coffee or tea is the easily collapse if you hold your coffee cup too tight. Just retrieving my coffee while driving ...out of my vehicle's cup holder that senerio happened that the cup walls collapsed with coffee everywhere including Hot coffee on me!!! Not Good!! Last peeve...why is it that staff are trained to carefully take out donut and muffins with a piece of wax paper ... avoiding touching or coming in contact with the donuts/muffins with their bare hands. While at the prep station Glazing and icing sugar is added and removed with their bare hands as the tools and techniques prevent the job being achieved in a timely manner. Why can't disposable gloves be used to simple be more health conscious especially. in a time when covid is still around and Flu season is just around the corner!!

If I could give this place negitve stars I would ! Me and my friend had placed a mobile order wich wasn’t ready when we got there about ten minutes later after waiting we were told that they were out of plain and everything bagels ! Eventually when we seen that the baker on shift had some everything bagels ready and was about to put them out we had asked the guy doing mobile order of we could just have those now that there ready as we would prefer them as it’s what we had ordered he refused and said no because they had just finished making the other ones ! Very very disappointed and the bagels we were given were satisfactory
