Warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door until your treatment is completed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make sure you understand all the processes.As a senior with years of experience with chiropractic, I was amazed at how the procedures have changed. I was apprehensive at first but it did not take me long to realize that this really works.I would highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone seeking relief for their pain.

I'd like to direct my remarks to folks who may be nervous about chiropractic treatment. I was a reluctant participant in the beginning, but after more than 30 years of back and neck pain felt I had run out of options. Dr. Joanne respected that and she listened while I talked about my fears and together, in advance, we worked out a plan—for my part: I would show up, for hers: she would use a gentle technique, explain what she was doing and why, and never do anything I didn't want her to. It worked, and we discovered my body responds beautifully to chiropractic.For years I had been taking narcotics every day just to function, now I pop the occasional tablet. I stand taller, and have more energy and stamina. On the occasions when I have pain it is such that I can often manage it without medication. And an unexpected bonus is that I no longer have debilitating migraine headaches!I have no idea what made me more brave that first day about seven years ago, but that decision has changed my life. I feel part of the Genesis family—cared for and respected, whether I choose to be chatty or quiet that day. The clinic is clean and professional, yet homey, and never once have Sarah and Sidney not greeted me in a way that made me feel good to be there.2020 has been a year of fear and uncertainty for many and we are all being more cautious about where we go. The clinic remains clean, bright and welcoming and all the Covid protocols are being followed carefully. These folks really care about their patients.I urge you to give Dr. Joanne and her clinic a chance to do something good for you—and do it for Mama Kostadopoulos' spice cookies at Christmas!

I have been going to Dr Joanne for a while now. She takes great care of your aches and pains and takes the time to get to know you beyond that of a practitioner. She has time for all your questions and has a wealth of knowledge. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, call you by your name, and take fantastic care of you as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne now for quite a few years (I can't remember exactly how many). I initially went to her because I was experiencing headaches at the time. I'm happy to report that my headaches have diminished in both frequency and severity since I've been seeing her. And as an added bonus, she has made great strides in aligning my spine, which has resulted in improvement in other areas of my health. The office is like old home week, the staff is friendly, and I've made friends with many of the other patients. Dr. Joanne herself is very knowledgeable, and really cares for her patients. If there is anything that needs to be addressed, she will take the time to do so. She gives me good advice on health matters, and is always giving me good advice on losing weight and getting in shape. She and the other ladies in the office are truly interested in the health and welfare of each and every patient. I would highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone. And they even laugh at my silly jokes!

I've been to Chiropractors my whole life and nothing compares to the care and attention I receive at Genesis Chiropractic. My body has never felt better and I sincerely appreciate Dr. Jo's care for my whole body and mind. I also bring my son and have seen the benefits of his chiropractic care daily. Liz is the consummate professional and coordinates my appointments, payments and care plan and always welcome us with her warmth and friendly personality. We always leave feeling cared for and in good hands.

The whole office atmosphere is conducive to feeling better. I love that right from my first visit I’ve been acknowledged by name as soon as I come in. They are so very accommodating of my personal schedule.The Chiropractic Care has kept me moving well. Dr. Joanne is so knowledgeable about the body and how to heal that I feel comfortable in discussing my concerns with her.They’re the people who keep me moving!!!

Very thorough assessment and interview process, detailed analysis and explanations provided, no false promises of instant healing or the entertainment type cracking/adjustments you see on TV or the internet. Clearly explained that it's not a one sized fits all treatment program... I truly appreciate all of this. It has been a long recovery for me to this point and will take a lot longer still but I am confident in Dr. Joanne's experience, knowledge and natural sense and skill to help me get to and be the best me I can possibly be. Also a mention to the amazing front office team... So amazingly positive and friendly.

Lovely friendly staff. REALLY friendly! They listen to you, take interest in your recovery and take a total body approach and customize it to you and your condition. Dr Jo is one of the few therapists that listened and took in all my symptoms. Everything is fully explained and broken down so it's easy to understand. Not your traditional chiro (cracking/popping) it's a very gentle approach. 5*

I cannot say enough good about Dr Joanne and her staff! I have been dealing with chronic back problems for years and have worked with many chiropractors, massage therapists and osteopaths with only temporary success. Dr Joanne is the first person who has really helped me get to my best possible self and have a better quality of life. She specializes in a technique called KST but has many other techniques she uses based on what my body needs. She is very accommodating scheduling me in last minute and has even seen me off hours in emergencies! She is kind, gentle and personable. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her!
