Won't be going back to this doctor ever again if I can help it. His manner with patients is very unprofessional. He called me a liar when I told him he never gave me my papers needed to file an extended medical claim. He never explained the process initially so I filed before I should have. However, that didn't make me a liar. Once my orthotics were made & then I picked them up, I could make a claim as the necessary papers were provided. Dr. Chain called me a liar & hung up on me when I asked for the papers. No one deserves to be treated this way when asking for papers to make a claim. Shame on you, Dr. Chain.

Brought my elderly dad to Dr Chain today for filing of calluses and nail cutting, Dr Chain was very gentle and patient with us. We appreciated his kind professional manner and would highly recommend him. He's very experienced and made the visit painless and smooth. Thank you Dr Chain for taking care of my dad's feet.

so we got a positive review for this foot doctor but it[review] is two years old! i tried many times calling their number set up an appointment but no answer. maybe they moved?
