Lily is an amazing Hygienist who was able to provide me with a lot of information in a way that I can understand. She did a great job with the cleaning & was able to catch something that other Hygienists in my past have missed. She also has a great personality! Would 100% recommend. Everyone in this office is extremely nice and welcoming.

I have been a patient at Islington/ Bloor Dentist for half my life, and I have perfect teeth thanks to their wonderful clinic and hard working staff. I have had several dentists in the past but Dr. Avila is the BEST! I am very particular about my teeth and I greatly appreciate Dr. Avila’s careful and meticulous dental work. At the front reception, Jennifer is always very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

I recently switched to Dr. Avila and he is exceptional! He was very professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions that I had. His staff showed a lot of care throughout my root canal. I appreciated their care in looking after my teeth.

I recently switched to Islignton/Bloor dentist and I’m so happy with my decision.The front desk staff are extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable and their waiting area is comfy and calming. So far I’ve had a checkup and cleaning (they had a promo where I was provided with a free whitening or electronic toothbrush gift!), and I’m scheduled to receive therapeutic Botox next week which I’m looking forward to.As someone who suffers from anxiety, I would highly recommend becoming a patient here. Thank you to the team, especially Regina and Dr. Geiman for making my experience great!

Elaine, my dental hygienist is the best hygienist I ever had. I have been with the Islington Bloor Dentist and its previous owners for over 40 years. I have left their Dentistry but returned because I cannot find a better dental hygienist like Elaine. Elaine is professional in her treatment but above all, she's honest in her opinion, never hard sell on any of their services. She's attentive, polite, courteous and kind. She is definitely a rare find in this industry!

Was told I had many cavities 8 years ago. 8 years later I'm with a different dentist and have zero cavities. I trusted my gut. And never had any sensitivities or issues. Always had reminders to use up all my insurance coverage each year. I haven't been to the dentist in over 4 years prior to recently and I have no issues.
